Responsibilities
- Conduct wind resource assessments, Energy yield analysis, and site feasibility studies.
- Design wind turbine layouts, considering wind patterns, terrain, and environmental factors.
- Specify and select wind turbine models, foundations, and associated infrastructure.
- Design/review of detailed engineering documents and drawings, including layouts and schematics – array layouts, equipment specifications, electrical line diagrams, routing plans for array interconnection, etc.
- Optimize designs for energy production and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Preparation of detailed BOQ and costing.
- Support conduct testing and commissioning of wind turbines
Must have:
- In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and codes like IEC and IS
- Previous work experience on a wind energy optimization team
- Previous work experience with wind energy modeling tools such as Openwind, Windfarmer, Windpro, or WASPe
- Preferred – Pune based candidates
- Travel – Willing to travel and stay as per requirement in India and abroad.

Responsibilities:
- For all solar and wind sites preparing, executing, tracking of Preventive maintenance plan as per contract with SPV. Monitoring and maintaining all the spares and consumables as per contract at all sites
- Supporting procurement team for vendor identification, selection and spares/consumables specifications finalisation to optimise the maintenance/consumables cost
- Supporting site team in breakdown down maintenance, breakdown analysis & RCA.
- Condition monitoring of all equipment’s, reviewing all test report, third party report & take corrective/mitigation measures to maximise uptime.
- Coordination with design team on the implementation of finding on RCA or any other design related sites issues.
- Manpower planning with sites manger to ensure timely completion of PPM.
- Weekly review with SPV team for all sites issues & support site team to resolve the same.
- Preparing consolidated MIS and sharing with SPV.
- Prepare and review the SOPs and checklists.
- Preparing budget required for preventive/breakdown maintenance and spares/consumables
- Ensure standardization of practices & value addition through new technologies & innovation.
- Manage region wise budget consumption as per allocated budget.
- Coordination with vendor at site to resolve site issues Contract management Response to customer complaints & queries telephonically & by mails
- Responsible for Operation and Maintenace activities of Solar project.
- Monitor and Analyze performance data of the Solar projects.
- Ensure Quality, Health & Safety at site.
- Interdepartmental coordination for smooth functioning Interaction with various vendors, OEMs, stakeholders, etc.
- Driving cost optimization initiatives to reduce the cost. Implementation of cost saving measures for optimizing cost
Education & Experience: Electrical Engineer. Overall experience of 12 – 15 years in testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of EHV, HV equipment including CT, PT, CVT, Power Transformers, SF6 breakers, 400/220/110/66/33 KV switchyards, Transmission lines, protection systems.
Skills: Professional knowledge: Good technical & operational knowledge of Solar & Wind plants and the equipments installed in the park and switchyards
Analytical Skills: Posses good analytical skills to analyze the performance of solar project.
Communication Skills: Good communication skills.
Computer Proficiency: Good command on MS office, Excel, Power point, etc. and knowledge of various statistical / analytical tools.

Job Description
- Conducting Title Due Diligence for the project land (Solar/Wind/Hybrid) and advising the land team on legal implications in consonance with the rules and regulation applicable in the respective states (preferably one in each state; Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Gujarat, M.P., U.P., Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, A.P., Telangana) from pre-purchase stage till creation and perfection of security in favor of Lenders

- Liaison and co-ordination with external advocates and law firms for conducting Title Due Diligence for project land and timely submissions of the Title Due Diligence reports
- Liaison and convincing the Lender’s Legal Counsel for security Creation over the project land,
- Mitigating any adversities related to the Title of the SPV and further negotiating with the Lender’s Legal Counsel for perfection of the security and mitigating the penal interest.
